The studio opens 20 minutes before morning classes, 30 minutes before afternoon/evening and closes 30 minutes after class finishes. All new students please arrive 20 minutes before class to register. Save time and fill in the registration form at home. Click here . Please note we have a strict policy on class start time. Class will start and finish on time therefore no latecomers will be admitted. If you need to leave early then choose another time spot where you can stay the whole class. Doors are locked for security reasons.

I’ve never done yoga before. Can I come to any class and do I need to book in advance?

Come to any class. We have a variety of classes that are suitable for beginners yet challenging for the most advanced practitioner. We would like you to book through the Mindbody app but if you can make it last minute that is OK too.

What should I wear?

Light, non-restrictive, comfortable work-out clothing. You will be sweating in the Bikram and Power Vinyasa classes so avoid loose fitting, heavy clothing (like tee-shirts and long pants). Opt for bike/exercise shorts, sports bras/tops for women and singlets for guys (many men just wear shorts).

What should I bring to class?

  • A yoga mat if you have one (you can rent for $2 or buy for $30 if not).  
  • A large towel (towel rental is $2).
  • A bottle of water (filtered water is available).
  • An extra towel is suggested if you wish to shower after class. 

What if I am not flexible?

Join the club! This is the most common misconception that prevents people from coming to yoga classes. Yoga is a cross between strength and flexibility hence men and women vary tremendously in their abilities. So many factors come into play such as age, sports history, injury and illness. You start where you are at and go from there.

Should I eat before class?

It is recommended to practice yoga on an empty stomach. As a standard rule, refrain from eating 2 hours prior to class. Also, be sure to hydrate well before coming to class.

How long is each class?

We offer 60 and 90 minute classes. Plan on staying in the room the entire time.

How often should I come?

Any amount of yoga that you do will give you some benefit but the more often you practice the greater the benefits you receive. It is recommended to come a minimum of 3 times a week.
