30, 60, 90, 120 Day Challenge

modern Yoga Napier 30 Day Challange

Resculpt your body, revitalise your mind and awaken your spirit.

Kick start your modern yoga experience with full immersion! Clear your schedule for the next 30 days and commit to one class a day for 30 days. If you miss a day, it will require doing a "double" (i.e. 2 classes in one day) before the 30 days are up, to successfully complete the challenge.

Why do such a thing you may ask? You will learn things about your body and your mind that you never knew existed! You can do a challenge on your own at any time or join a group challenge in February, May, August and November every year.

Carolyn, Tere, Kylie, Tim, Janine and Mary have all successfully completed the studios first 60 day challenge. 60 classes in 60 days. Mary went on to finish 90 classes in 90 days and Tim a phenomenal 120 classes in 120 days. You guys have burned a path that is both courageous and inspirational.

**New. Introducing the 4 x 4 Challenge. Can't quite get your head around a 30 day challenge yet?  How about testing the waters by dipping your big toe in with our new 4 by 4? Four classes, four times a week, for four weeks. You will still feel the profound benefits and it may give you the confidence that a 30 day challenge one day is possible. What a great place to start!
